■ Premier – $85/month 

• One (1) Premier Tier Treatment: Premier Facial, Full Body Glow, or Light Chemical Peel 

• 10% off retail purchases 

• 10% off additional services 

• One (1) complimentary Standard Wax per month 

• One (1) complimentary LED Light Therapy treatment 

• Anniversary Benefit: One free add-on (dermaplane, neck & décolleté, light chemical peel, or foot peel) 

during your anniversary month. 

■ Elite – $135/month 

• One (1) Elite Tier Treatment: Premier Plus Facial, Full Body Glow Up, or Mid-Level Peel 

• 15% off retail purchases 

• 10% off additional services 

• One (1) complimentary Standard Wax per month 

• One (1) complimentary LED Light Therapy treatment 

• Anniversary Benefit: One free add-on (dermaplane, neck & décolleté, light chemical peel, or foot peel)

■ VIP – $205/month 

• One (1) VIP Tier Treatment: Intermediate HydraFacial, Collagen Induction Therapy, or Deep-Level Chemical 

Peel 

• 20% off retail purchases 

• 10% off additional services 

• One (1) complimentary Standard Wax per month 

• One (1) complimentary LED Light Therapy treatment

Program Policies 

Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your membership by submitting a written request at least ten (10) days before the 1st of the month you wish to cancel. Acknowledgment of your cancellation will be emailed to you within five (5) business days. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued. 

Program Pause Policy 

You may pause your membership with written or verbal notice at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing date. 

Pauses longer than two consecutive months will forfeit the annual anniversary add-on. 

Rollover Services 

Unused monthly benefits may roll over for one (1) month, provided cancellation policy is followed. Rolled-over services expire on the 16th day of the following month after cancellation. 

Delinquent Payments 

If payment fails, you must update your payment method within 30 days. Accounts not updated within 30 days will be cancelled and forfeit benefits. 

Transfer Policy 

One (1) monthly service may be transferred to a family member or friend. Discounts, complimentary services, and add-ons are not transferable.
